Good idea?? And any suggestion?
My 18th birthday is in January. And i live in NY. I was gonna do this ice skating party with my friends, but my mom says its too much to rent out the rink and i can’t do everything i want to do with it during public skate time. So i thought about a different idea.
A skating party (but a rollar skate party (well the ones with 4 wheels). Its right in the perfect range. And i can rent out the whole place. And there are packages i can choose from with renting out the whole place. The one i want to do is… The red carpet theme. Which comes with.
-coat check
-Red carpet and velvet rope entrance
-all skate free
balloon arch color of my choice
And thats it. Im thinking of ordering pizza, or my mom and aunts making food.
I also want to do a solo hip hop dance (well with back up dancers- friends)
Does this sound good. And any suggestions that i should do at the party and stuff…? Thanks =)
You should bring some decorations for the table area, but other than that, it sounds like you have it well thought out. I’ve been to parties where we’ve rented out the entire skating rink and they’re a lot of fun. It’s nice to bring games and stuff for people to do when their feet start to hurt and they want to take a break from skating. Otherwise, they tend to just leave early since there isn’t anything for them to do besides sit there.
