Well im 166cm and want tobe arnd 180cm,please help??
well my ques is my height is 166cm which i think is smaller for my age since my classmates are arnd5 feet 9 or 10 or 11 inches,sumtimes i think a bit ashamed or inferior wen standing with them.my mom’s height is 5’0feet and my father’s height is
5’6inches .do u think i have any chances 2 grow a few more inches??please tell me sum good exercises to increase my height??
well i do yoga and stretching on a daily basis and i eat helthy things ,i grew 2 inches last year , do u think is there any possibilty to grow more.i know ht depends on the allele in the genes but please i wanna grow taller.please help???
Well you did not mention your age if you are a male after 18 or 21 its unlikely to be possible but if you are still in your teens ears its possible.Take more protein rich food like egg,meat,fish as they help you built your muscles and put ya on weight not forgetting frequently do stretching exercise,skipping or basketball and drink lots of milk as that is where you have calcium intake and vital for you to grow..Beside milk,yogurt cheese is another alternatives
