i would like to know if the salomon flyer s 1080 would be good skis for a good intermediate skier?
i weigh 76 kilos and i am 177cm, would the 161cm be agood option?
As Brad stated it is a stiffer ski for the length than many on the market. The other suggestion of a ski 5 cm shorter is not enough for you to notice after a day or two of use. They will teach you to be a better skier in a hurry. Take some lessons from a pro instructor and learn how to use a good ski. Keep them well tuned. Sharp edges and a hot wax every 2-3 days of use. It is a good model in a good brand and I’ve used other models over the years. Try to demo a pair before you buy, a demo day or a rental with the privilege of applying the rental to the purchase may be your best solution. Have fun on your new skis.
