Make the offer to several different ski companies with your proposal to lead and finance the team. Agree that you will step down as leader if someone more qualified appears. It may take 2 years to plan and organize such an attempt.
Mt Rainier is a more feasible short term scale and ski. Mt Hood is done on a regular basis. Of course if you are that good, contact the film companies that will be needed to record the expedition. Have you ever heard of Warren Miller films?
