difference between curved ski poles and straight ski poles?
Hi i am going in to a ski competition for the first time this january. the events i am doing are giant slalom and ski cross. i wanted to know which type of ski poles are best for my events and why?
So basically bent poles allow ski racer’s to race tuck a lot easily. It’s meant to help with aerodynamics and all of that. For both GS and Skier X I personally would use bent poles, although first time it doesn’t much matter. Straight poles will do the exact same thing, and are a lot cheaper.
