Can ballet tights work as figure skating tights?
Can you ballet dancers give me some good websites for tights.
Can they work as figure skating tights as well?

Ballet tights would probably work for figure skating, but I warn you, they are different! They’re a lot thinner for one thing, so you’ll be colder and they’ll rip a lot easier as they’re not as thick as tights made just for figure skating. Also, the convertible tights made for dance won’t work as over the boot tights, as they aren’t made to stretch THAT much and they aren’t shaped for the skate boot. No hooks or velcro closure either.
You could still use them though! Might want to possibly layer up with a second pair though. =P As for good sites?
