My board has so little flex ! i can’t even butter on it ! any reviews on the roxy ally MTX tree snowboard ?:D?

well my snowboard is an ROXY ally MTX tree snowboard.
They say on the site that the board has more flex than the usual, well actually i can’t even butter on my board ! so little fleeeeeex ! I can’t afford a new board for next season so i will have to use my board again. But i’m going ot be hitting jumps and stuff will the flex make it harder to hit the jumps or something ?
Or will it make no difference ?

You shouldn’t be expecting to be able to butter too much on this board.

She mentions riding glades and great handling at high speeds; both traits of generally stiffer boards. Yes, a smaller size will be softer, but you can’t expect a board to do the opposite of what it was designed for.

The most I can recommend if you can’t buy a new one, is just to keep pressing as much as you can, and ride as much as you can. It’ll get softer little by little, and it’ll be softer than before. A noodly board isn’t always awesome on jumps. I prefer a stiffer deck for jumps than jumps and whatnot. You can still hit jumps on it. Rails and boxes won’t be too much fun though.

Play with your stance, center it, widen it a tad, see if it helps with the buttering.
