headspinning is easier with beanie or helmet?
I’ve tried with beanies and the seam gives me a head ache and makes me lose balance easily on my head, but a helmet? How is it because i really want one for head spinning. I think im gona get the pro-tec classic since i hear that’s the best helmet for headspinning
Well, when starting out , use a helmet. Easier to balance on. Beanies give you more slide though.
