what poles might accomodate cross country ski, rollerblade, and hiking?

I have Black Diamond Traverse FlickLock poles w/ 3/4 baskets. I use them skiing (BC and at Resorts), hiking, and snowshoeing. I’ve used them XC skiing as well. They are pretty good for just about everything I do.
