The Weider 200 Power Tower is a multi-functional fitness product made for those of us who want to workout at home and not have to fool around with so many dumbbells, barbells, and other fitness equipment.

The Power Tower helps you do a variety of upper body strength exercises all utilizing your body weight as the resistance.

You can do the following workouts on this machine:

• Triceps dips – One of the ultimate triceps exercises which also works the shoulders and chest muscles
• Push-ups – Done on specially padded handles on the Power Tower which allow you to do a deeper push-up for increased intensity
• Pull-ups – Great for the back and the biceps.
• Hanging knee and leg raises in the special VKR (vertical knee raise) position in the tower. These are some of the toughest abs exercises which also target the lower abs. The padded arm and back rest make these workouts easy and comfortable to do.

The Weider 200 Power Tower is well made, sturdy, comfortable, and has a lot of positive reviews for all those reasons. However, you need to be aware that this product does take up a considerable amount of room in your home so make sure you can fit it in. The tower measures 84 x 41 x 57 inches and you can’t put it right next to a wall since you have to be able to move around it to do the exercises themselves. 

Another thing you need to be aware of that this product does require assembling. The instructions should help this be an easy process but you still need to be prepared for it. 

The Weider Power Tower costs about $160 and you can get it online and delivered to your home. I believe that it can actually save you money since buying a lot of dumbbells as an alternative will probably cost you more. 

This is an excellent product to help you get a total upper body workout in the privacy and comfort of your own home.
