What size Giro helmet do I go with to fit my head for snowboarding?

Ok so my problem is my head size is in between sizes really. My measurement was right at 23 in or (58.42cm) and am trying to decide on 2 sizes for the Giro Encore 2 08-09 version. I have a giro mountain bike helmet and remember having to buy a medium that worked with just a little slack in the adjustment and when i tried the G10 snow helmet the medium fit better but this particular one has no adjustment except for padding. Sizes are Medium (55-59cm) and Large (59-63). Please help! thanks and Gig’em!
