What are the best all around Oakley snow goggles?
I am looking for a new goggle for the season and want to stick with Oakley. They perform great and everyone i know with them likes them.
– (I am around 5 feet tall and have a smaller, narrower face)
Since i don’t really want to spend over $100, i’ve narrowed my selection to four specific makes
-O frame
-Proven snow dual lens
-Snowcross O frame
-XS O frame
i was wondering what the differences were between these pairs and what the advantages of each were. also, what are the specific differences between the three different O frames and which would be best for all around skiing.
-I was leaning towards the regular O frame because they are the only ones available with the fire irridium, but they are almost double the prices of the others
-if you have any suggestions or comments please write anything you know about these goggles or other oakley’s that may be better but are not too expensive
The xs O Frame is a youth frame.The snow cross O Frame looks to be the same as the regular o frame with the excepton the it adapts to tear off sheets.these are thin layers that can be torn off during a competition if the lens gets dirty.All of the o frames have the same frame style, foam, and lens qualityas for the proven it’s a newer frame choice but of similar quality to the o frame,they also are over the glass if you wear eye glassesFor 90.00 to 130.00 you might want to check out the a frame or the crowbar they have better lens the are interchangeable for different light conditions. As for the fire lens that option would be best for a sunny day
