What should I do to prepare for Air Force boot camp training?
I am a 19 year old female. I just finished my first year of college. I’ve been thinking about joining the Air Force and was wondering what I would have to do before boot camp. What to pack and how much should I be exercising? Also if you have any good advice on what to not do and what to do, I would greatly appreciate your help 
Ive been dancing since I was 13 I’m in pretty good shape. 5’7 and 127lbs I dance everyday, I dont run as much as I should so should I worry about cardio?
I’m 19 and go to basics June 1st.
Don’t worry about what you have to bring. The recruiter should give you a check list of things to bring, which isn’t much at all.
Working out: just make sure to keep being active. You should start running though, even if you just start out at 1/2 a mile and work your way up. In basics you run everywhere you go.
Don’t mind the yelling, just do as they say. Don’t volunteer for anything during BMT, ex. latrine queen. (cleaning the bathrooms).
If you get a good recruiter like I did, he/she should tell you every thing you need to know.
